Information we collect

Website: when you request a demo we collect the details you enter (name, work email, company, role, trade, team size, phone and message), plus basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.

Product: when your organization uses DocuJob we process the job photos, voice recordings, transcripts, reports and account details your users create.

How we use it

To arrange demos and respond to you, to provide and secure the service, to generate the reports your users request, and to improve DocuJob. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use carefully selected providers to run DocuJob, including Google Cloud for hosting and storage and AI providers for transcription and text processing. They process data only on our instructions.

Retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as your organization's settings require. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted by role.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information. Product users should contact their organization's administrator first.
